Mental health challenges cover an enormous spectrum of experiences. I frequently work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD (or trauma-related symptoms), major life transitions, as well as people who simply want to process day-to-day stressors. Therapy can be a great space for people to speak their thoughts out loud and untangle them.
Couples who find themselves seeking couples therapy have often found themselves stuck in a pattern that isn't working for anyone. The subject matter might be different every time, but the process is the same. My goal is to interrupt this pattern, slow down the conversation, and help facilitate something that works better for you.
